![]() Common sense would’ve been to put us all together. Mixed reviews - When we arrived as we had separate bedrooms, we all needed to check in individually, my brother was right next to my mum and dad in tower 1 and I was put all the way in a separate tower. We have stayed at the hotel before, this is the 2nd time we have stayed. It is a great walk and allows you to see many different areas of the entire Marriott property. ![]() In addition, the pool area at the World Center is awesome! If traveling in the area again, this Marriott property will definitely be our choice on where to stay! I hope you do the same, you won’t regret your decision! Tip - take the time to walk/jog the running track. ![]() You can see numerous area attractions and even the Kennedy Space Center on clear days. Take a trip over to the Marriott World Center and ride the elevator to the 28th floor for a great view of central Florida. The entire Marriott property is fantastic. There were two spas near the pool which were great additions. The pool was never crowded, the water was perfect. We spent several days enjoying the pool area. ![]() Our condo was in the 42 building and located next to the pool and had a great view of the golf course and adjacent water. The kitchen had everything you would need to make meals, the bathrooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and overall the condo was in great shape. In the end, we are so happy we did as this trip was more enjoyable than the cruise likely would have been! Our two bedroom condo was perfect! Previous reviews do not lie when they mention how clean, spacious, and updated the condos are. My wife and I booked this eight night trip as a back-up to a cruise that was cancelled due to COVID. Summary: this is a basic, but exceptionally well maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood. We asked for and received basic cooking utensils sometimes the room key card didn't work, but they were apologetic and quickly remedied the problem. Other features (that we didn't use): Outdoor pool, treadmills. Internet basic was free, pay for upgrade (we used our Hotspot instead, 4 bars). A coin-op laundry is on the 2nd floor, all machines worked. The exterior windows actually opened, the AC was quiet and powerful. We had a single queen suite, with kitchenette, dinette/desk, lounge chair, and isolated vanity and tub/shower. Our room and hallway were clearly recently refurbished, with fresh carpet and flooring, new paint on the walls (very professionally done), and everything works. The Hotel is older, and a bit on the ”budget” side (no ice machine, minimal free breakfast, no USB ports in the room), BUT.it's very well maintained. Outstanding health club complex (pools, ice rinks, basketball, tennis, pickleball, training) a short walk away, but pricey. Not much evidence of nearby public transportation. The neighborhood is primarily upscale office buildings and residential well lighted, quiet. Just north of Orlando, away from the ”attractions”, but very close to center city and the northern residential communities. Although the same brand, they can be quite different. Review: Extended Stay America 1951 Summit Tower Blvd Orlando (Maitland) FL 32810 General Manager Isabel Munoz We stayed here for 7 nights in March 2022 Location: Firstly, don't confuse this review with two other very nearby ESA hotels. For a 3 star the customer service was amazing. It is not a five star hotel but it doesn't say it is. We used Uber to get to Disney and found this worked really well. We bought cereal, toast and pop tarts and used breakfast as a snack at the park. Breakfast if you have read any reviews is what it is. We had a two bed suite and yes it is dated but it is lovely to have the space. Thank you to all the staff as this made a real difference to us. My son was mortified and they made no fuss which really helped. I rinsed it and took it to reception next day to ask for a fresh sheet. Due to the heat my son was sick and a little got thw top sheet. As it was during a storm they offered both sets of keys until morning so that we could move our things the next day. When they couldn't fix it they moved us rooms. We called down to reception and within 5mins maintenance were there. On our 2nd night we realised the ac wasn't working.
